At Say Boba we want you to love every sip. As our products are fresh fruit-juice beverages with popping boba, this policy explains when orders can be cancelled and how refunds work.
Order cancellation
- You can request a cancellation before your order has been prepared or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
- Once an order has been prepared or handed over for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled, as our products are perishable.
Returns
Because our drinks are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of taste preference or change of mind. Returns are considered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refunds
- If you receive a damaged, spoiled, wrong, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund of the affected item(s).
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect may vary by bank.
- If an order is cancelled before preparation, any amount paid is refunded in full.
